Paradise Point Resort Complex
Branson, MO
Berliner product line
Paradise Point, a luxury lakefront condominium and resort south of Branson, MO, expanded its complex not just with more condo units, but with a focus on attracting more families while maintaining the lodge-style aesthetics of the complex.
SWT, a landscape design firm from St. Louis, designed a play area and miniature golf course in the center of all the units. In keeping with the area’s environment, the resort complex wanted a nature theme for the play area. SWT met that goal by designing a wood deck play structure situated amongst the trees

Net play equipment offers hours of fun.

Paradise Point Playground
Using products from Berliner, the nature theme came to life with plenty of activities for families.
Building on the nature theme, we added three slides in strategic locations to the deck with an Embankment slide at the entrance.
Other play equipment includes:
- A Double Bay Arch Swing, brings creativity to the nature theme and lots of fun for the children.
- A Cloud 9 swing, allows several children at one time to fly “on the cloud.” It’s great for special-needs children as well, enabling them to enjoy the swinging movement, too.
- A net tunnel, offers hours of fun and adventure – climbing, rocking, hand-over-hand climbing and swinging up and down, horizontally and vertically
- An Access Net, added more climbing features and by putting it on the back side of the structure, it provided another entrance into the play area.
Berliner’s focus on design makes each playground an exciting destination for the children.
