Project Managers and Installers are certified by the National Playground Safety Institution

ABCreative Owner and President, Karen Herren is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector though the National Recreation and Park Association.

ABCreative, Inc. playgrounds are designed according to recommendations and guidelines made by the National Program for Playground Safety (NPPS), Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International. All playgrounds are designed ADA Compliant.

All equipment selection by ABCreative, Inc. fosters appropriate and positive physical, social, intellectual and emotional development and provides accessibility and play opportunities for all children.

Safety Tips for Playground Maintenance
|
To ensure safe play, your playground area should be inspected on a regular basis. Upon inspection, look for hazards such as:

Hardware that is loose or worn, or that has protrusions or projections

Exposed equipment footings
-
Scattered debris, litter, rocks, or tree roots
-
Rust or chipped paint
-
Missing or damaged equipment components, such as handholds, guardrails, swing seats
If any of the conditions noted are found during inspection they should be removed, corrected, or repaired immediately to prevent injuries! |
