MISSOURI Waste Tire Grants

• Grant recipients are required to purchase scrap tire surface material from providers whose scrap tire material contains at least 40% Missouri-generated scrap tires
• This grant program will be competitive and pay up to 50% of the cost of the products.
• Mailed applications must be postmarked by Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010

NEBRASKA Waste Tire Grants

• This grant is to support the purchase of products made from recycled tires including playground cover.
• Partial payment for purchase of tire-derived products and/or crumb rubber that include:
• Loose crumb rubber for manufacturing or playgrounds
• Loose crumb rubber used as a soil amendment to prevent grass wear
• Mulch products made from crumb rubber
• Playground or walkway mats made from crumb rubber
• Poured-in-place playground surfaces
• Athletic track surfaces made from crumb rubber
• Artificial football or soccer fields made from crumb rubber
• This grant program will be competitive and pay up to 50% of the cost of the products.
